All products within the Pirate FM Shop come with FREE Delivery as standard anywhere within the United Kingdom.
How do you take payment?
Secure payment are made with PayPal. This can be done via Debit/Credit Card or with a PayPal account balance. However a PayPal account is NOT required to make transactions.
If I don’t like a product or change my mind, can I return it?
Of course! Within 7 days (starting the day after you receive the product) write to us or email clearly starting you wish to cancel.
If your product is defective, then please contact us immediately on 01209 31 44 00.
I’m having trouble placing an order – can you help?

I forgot to use my promotion code – can I add it?
Promotion codes do have to be entered at the time of placing the order. They cannot unfortunately be added on after the order process has been completed.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the word “cancel” and your order reference number in the title of the email. Please briefly indicate why you would like to cancel the order. Once your order cancellation email is received we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email of this. Please note, if the cancellation request isn’t sent before the item is dispatched then we may not be able to refund you for delivery charges.
How do I find out what’s happening with my delivery?
If you have not yet had a dispatch confirmation email please contact customer services on 01209 314400 or email@example.com.
Who do you use for delivery?
We use Royal Mail for our delivery service. We can also arrange for orders to be picked up from our reception in Redruth – however, as delivery is free this does not affect the overall price. If you would like to arrange collection, please call us on 01209 31 44 00 during office hours.
How do I return an unwanted item?
Items can be returned either by post, or to our offices in Redruth (Address is below).

Pirate FM relates to all channels controlled by Pirate FM including http://www.piratefmshop.co.uk, all it’s associated media (onair and offair) and channels (online and offline). Pirate FM is the trading name for Pirate FM Limited.
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within seven days – start from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a “cooling off” period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.
If you wish to cancel a contact, please write to us, fax us or email clearly starting your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions. To cancel the contact, you must give us notice within seven working days starting from the day after you take delivery of the order.
Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal “duty of care” to take good cars of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to the address below.
If it is more convenient, we can arrange collection by our couriers, any costs incurred will be deducted from the final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
